The Human Resources Benefits department develops and administers a benefits program that allows the Washington County Public School system to recruit and retain the best employees at all levels of service. Washington County Public Schools provides a variety of benefits to assist employees and their family members in living more healthy and productive lives.

Open Enrollment Website

It is that time of year when you may enroll, change or cancel your status with many of the benefit programs offered by the Washington County Public Schools (WCPS). 

You may make any changes on the new benefits website: Washington County Public Schools - Benefits Website. When you go to the website, your:

  •   Login ID: Your social security number (SSN) 

  •    Password: Last four digits of your SSN plus the last two digits of your birth year. 

This benefits site is available all year so you may go there at any time to review your insurance benefits.

On the website, you may make changes to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA)*, health, dental, vision or any of the cafeteria insurances (cancer, short-term disability, whole life, etc...). 

*Please keep in mind, all of your benefit plans, except the FSA, roll over every year so you do not need to re-enroll.  However, you DO need to re-enroll in the FSA each year.
